A little about Me...

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be my own boss. Raised by an entrepreneur, I grew up surrounded by a strong work ethic and a drive to create. At just eight years old, I turned my childhood hobbies into a business, selling handmade soaps and painted pinecones under the name Scents of Spring. But it wasn’t just crafting that captured my imagination - I was also completely enchanted by fashion, spending hours flipping through Vogue and dreaming up my own fashion creations. Little did I know, this blend of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit would eventually lead me to discover embroidery - a medium that would allow me to transform my design ideas into reality, one stitch at a time.

In 2008, my journey truly began. Living in South Florida and expecting my first daughter, I was on the hunt for beautiful, monogrammed baby items. Instead, I found myself disappointed by the lack of quality and care in the products I bought. That disappointment sparked a realization: I could do this better! Without hesitation and no experience in embroidery, I ordered my first machine from a shop on the other side of the country and dove headfirst into a world of needles, threads, and endless possibilities.

Armed with determination, YouTube tutorials, and the advice of friendly local embroidery shop employees, I taught myself the craft. Before I knew it, I was running an online boutique specializing in personalized baby and toddler clothing and accessories. Driven to grow my business, I actively began networking, which opened doors to relationships with local boutique owners, and before long, I was supplying custom creations to shops spanning from South Beach Miami to West Palm. My networking efforts paid off in amazing ways - just two years into my business, I received an invitation to fly out to Beverly Hills and be a vendor in the Golden Globes Boom Boom Room gifting suite, where I had the incredible opportunity to share my products with the Hollywood stars.

Many years later, and a move to Georgia, I found new opportunities to grow my business, connecting with schools, sports teams, professional offices and local small businesses. Each project taught me something new, and I reveled in the challenge of bringing my client’s visions to life. It was exciting to expand into these areas and build lasting relationships with a whole new community of customers; and still is to this day. Over the years, I honed my skills, added state-of-the-art equipment, and explored new avenues like t-shirt printing, custom clothing manufacturing, and even embroidery tutoring.

Now, after 16 years in the embroidery industry and returning to my home state of Maryland many years ago, I’ve grown my business into a full-scale creative manufacturing operation - all from my home-based office. This setup has given me the incredible opportunity to raise my daughters while doing what I love. Whether it’s one custom patch or a thousand branded shirts, I approach every project with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail. My commitment to high quality and personalized service sets me apart. I accept customer-supplied items, have no minimum order requirements, and find innovative ways to achieve almost any desired outcome.

While my prices may reflect the level of craftsmanship I offer, I stand by the mantra: “You get what you pay for.” Every piece I create, from personalized designs to professional uniforms for businesses, reflects my passion for excellence and my commitment to bringing my customers' ideas or brand to life.

Embroidery isn’t just a business for me; it’s an ever-evolving art form that never feels like work. It’s where my love of fashion and manufacturing meet, and where I get to create pieces that are as unique as the people who order them. Whether you’re looking for a simple monogram or a custom-designed collection, I’m here to make it happen with creativity, perfectionism, and a whole lot of heart.
