Welcome to BW Embroidery! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

 

By making a payment and approving the proof we provide, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and govern the relationship between you and BW Embroidery.

Order Approval & Payment

 

Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and approval of the proof sent. Your approval signifies acceptance of the design, order details, and these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Methods: For Non-Incorporated first-time customers with an invoice over $500, payment must be made via Zelle or Venmo. Other payment methods are offered at the bottom of each provided invoice.

Issues with an Order

 

Notification of Issues: If there is any issue with your order, including errors or defects, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for issues reported after this period.

 

Resolution: Upon receiving your notification, I will work with you to address and resolve the issue promptly. Valid claims may result in corrections or replacements as deemed appropriate.

Orders of 50 Pieces or More

 

For orders of 50 pieces or more, a short phone call with the customer will be required to review and confirm all order details. This ensures accuracy and satisfaction with the final product.

Custom Orders & Design Approvals

 

Custom designs will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review the design carefully for any errors or inaccuracies. Once approved, we will proceed with the production as per the approved design. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Shipping & Pickup

 

Shipping: We offer shipping to your address. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated based on the destination and desired arrival date. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Tracking information is provided after the shipping label has been created. 

 

Pickup Option: Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your order from our location in Montgomery Village, Maryland. If you select this option, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be labeled, in a bag or box.

 

Delivery Issues: For shipping orders, if you encounter any issues with delivery or do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier or provide guidance for any necessary claims.

Refunds & Returns

 

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a clear error or defect on our part. For valid claims, we will provide a replacement or correction at our discretion.

In the event of a refund, the amount refunded will reflect any fees inquired, such as processing fees.

Limitation of Liability with Client Provided Items

 

Clients may supply their own garments or materials for embroidery or decoration. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results and careful handling, BW Embroidery is not responsible for damage to client-provided items due to machine malfunction, thread breaks, needle strikes, or any other unforeseen production issues.

Because the item was not purchased or sourced by BW Embroidery, refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will not be issued in the event of loss or damage. Clients acknowledge and accept this risk when providing their own items for customization.

To minimize potential loss, clients are encouraged to supply an extra item whenever possible and to ensure that all materials provided are clean, new, and suitable for embroidery or printing.

Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maryland.
