This service is priced based on print size, not quantity, since each garment requires the same prep, printing of transfer film, pressing & curing process for long-lasting results.

Mockup Proofs
A digital mockup is provided to show exact design size & placement on the selected garment prior to printing. This allows you to review proportions & positioning for confidence before production begins. One mockup & one round of minor adjustments are included. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Second Print, Same Item
Add a second design (front + back, sleeve, or alternate placement) to the same item. Add-on pricing applies when multiple prints are applied to one garment.

Service Guidelines
Custom Provided Apparel
Clients supply their own garments for this service. Items should be clean, dry, and ready for pressing when dropped off. Garments with heavy seams, coatings, or embellishments may require review before printing.
Garment Review
Each item is carefully inspected before production. If a garment isn’t a good candidate for DTF printing, you’ll be contacted before any work begins. Fabric type and construction can affect how heat-applied prints perform.
Printing on Client-Supplied Items
Because garments are provided by the client, results can vary depending on fabric content, prior washing, or finishes. While every item is handled with care and professional technique, printing on customer-supplied apparel is completed at the client’s discretion.
Size & Placement Approval
Print size and placement are confirmed prior to pressing. Once applied, designs cannot be adjusted or removed. Slight variations in placement may occur due to garment construction and sizing.
Pressing Effects
DTF printing uses heat and pressure. Some fabrics may show temporary press marks or slight texture changes, which typically soften or diminish after washing and wear.
Flat-Rate Pricing
Pricing is per garment and based on print size. Each item goes through the same preparation, pressing, & curing process, regardless of quantity.
Artwork Preparation
Print-ready artwork ensures the best results. Files should be 300 DPI, PNG format, with a transparent background. If a file needs adjustments—such as improving resolution, cleaning edges, or recreating artwork through vectorization.
Additional fees may apply based on the level of correction needed.
